The Right Step Fund

The Right Step Fund is a sponsorship fund created to make occupational, physical, or speech therapy utilizing the use of equine movement or adaptive riding sessions more affordable for families with financial need and for whom use of insurance is not available to cover session cost. In order to qualify families must be seeking and qualified for services from a licensed therapist who is also AHCB certified (this includes AHCB credentials or Hippotherapy Clinical Specialists). Those seeking adaptive riding lessons must be planning to receive lessons from a PATH Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor (CTRI) at a facility that is a PATH Center Member or Premier Center. All services must be provided in the state of Michigan and are intended for Michigan residents.
